Overview

New users

Counted from the database. Conversions are recorded for signed-in accounts only; a guest's are not recorded anywhere.

Payments

Every checkout, newest first. An order is written before the Paystack window opens and is marked paid only after the server has asked Paystack; one left unpaid for a day is closed.

Subscriptions

Every paid plan and when it ends. A plan bought by card renews by itself at Paystack; one paid once (the first-year offer) or given by hand ends on its date unless renewed. A plan whose date passes falls back to Free three days later, and its owner is emailed before and after.

Emails

Everything the site emails, newest first: sign-in links, receipts, support replies, reminders and tips. The link inside a sign-in email is never shown here; the database does not let anyone read it, and deletes it within the hour.

System health

Whether everything the backend needs is switched on, whether the scheduled jobs are running, and what Paystack has told us. Secrets are reported as set or missing, never shown.

Reviews

Reviews written by signed-in customers. Nothing shows on the site until you approve it. "Customer" means the account has paid for a file or a plan.

Users

Invites

An invited address has no balance, no plan and no way in until the invite is accepted. That is on purpose: an invite list that quietly becomes a user list is how seats get billed for people who never arrived.

FAQ editor

The site is generated, so this cannot write the pages directly. It writes data/faq-overrides.json, which the next build reads and uses in place of the generated questions — on the page and in the FAQ schema the search result is built from. Edit here, export, drop the file in, rebuild.

Policy

These are the two switches the whole site reads. The claims on every page are derived from them, so turning one off changes what the pages say as well as what the gate does — a page can never advertise something the gate does not do.

Audit log

Every admin action, with who did it, to whom, and what changed. Nothing mutates an account without writing one of these, including deletions, whose record outlives the account.

Data

The accounts list can be exported as CSV from Users. Everything else lives in the database (Supabase, Frankfurt) and is read from there.
