Support

Email support@veconvert.com. If a conversion came out wrong, sending the source file and saying which machine it was for gets a useful answer much faster than a description does.

Bugs

The most useful bug report names the file, the settings, the machine, and what happened instead of what you expected. A file that cut wrong is worth reporting even if you have worked around it.

Business and volume

For API access, white-label use, or more conversions than a plan covers, email sales@veconvert.com with a rough idea of volume and formats.

Write to support

Say what you converted, what you expected and what came out. Pressing Send opens your own email app with the message ready, addressed to support@veconvert.com; nothing is sent until you send it there.
