What we provide
Software that converts files in your browser. Free in-browser conversion is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is always available. Every format can be downloaded without a watermark; plans and one-off purchases pay for volume and support.
Your files are yours
We claim no rights over what you convert. We never receive it, so we could not claim anything over it even if we wanted to. You are responsible for having the right to convert and use the files you open.
Check the output before you cut
This is the important clause and it is not boilerplate. Automatic tracing is an approximation, and a converted file can be geometrically valid and still wrong for your job. Check dimensions, units and the toolpath before committing material. We are not liable for material, machine time or parts lost to a file you did not check.
Not professional advice
Guides and tips on the site, such as the PCB etching guide or notes about tattoo stencils, describe common practice to help you use the tools. They are not professional, medical, legal or safety advice; follow the instructions of the products you use and the rules where you live.
One-off purchases and refunds
A one-file purchase pays for one download at full quality. If the file cannot be downloaded, or is not what the page said it would be, email support@veconvert.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full. Because a download is digital content delivered at once, the 14-day right to cancel that applies to online purchases in the EU and UK ends when the download starts, which the checkout will ask you to agree to; this does not affect your rights when something is faulty.
Plans
Plans renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period intact. If you are charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep and have not used it, email us within 14 days for a refund. Credits granted as a gesture of goodwill are not refundable for money.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe copyright or trademarks, to make forgeries (including of signatures), or to attempt to reach other accounts' data. We may suspend an account that does any of these.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
If these terms change, this page changes first and its date below with it. Material changes for account holders will be announced by email before they apply.
