Your files are not uploaded
Conversion runs in your browser. The file is read by the page, held in memory, and discarded when the tab closes. There is no upload, no server-side copy and no retention window, which is a stronger guarantee than any policy about how carefully a copy is handled.
What we do store
If you create an account: your email, your plan, and a ledger of credits. Not your files, because we never have them.
Reporting something
Email security@veconvert.com. If you have found a way to reach data belonging to another account, say so in the first line and we will treat it as urgent.
What we do not claim
We are not going to list certifications we do not hold. If you need a specific compliance posture for a procurement process, ask and we will tell you plainly whether we meet it.
