How it works
Type your details
Name, job title, company, phone, email and website, your social links, and a photo or logo from a web address. The preview shows it as it will look in an email.
Pick a design and a colour
Six designs: classic, photo with a bar, bold name, one line, a card and one with a banner button. Choose any colour and a font that every mail program has.
Copy it into your mail
Copy, then paste into the signature settings of Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or any other mail program. Step-by-step instructions are under the preview.
An email signature generator that pastes cleanly
This email signature generator turns your name, title, contact details, photo and social links into a signature that looks right in every inbox. Pick an email signature template, choose your colour and font, and copy it.
It is an email signature maker for any mail program: paste it as your gmail signature, your outlook signature or into Apple Mail. Underneath it is an html email signature built from plain tables, the way mail programs need it.
What makes a professional email signature
Your name and job title, the company, one phone number, the website and two or three social links are enough. A professional email signature is short, uses one colour, and keeps the photo small; a button suits a booking link or an offer.
A free email signature generator that works with Gmail and Outlook
Pictures in a signature must come from a web address, so the photo and logo take a link, and the social icons are served from this site. That is why the signature from this free email signature generator keeps its icons when it is forwarded.

Questions
Can I add a logo and a photo?
Yes: both, from web addresses. The photo can be round; the logo keeps its shape.
Can I use it for my whole team?
Make one, download the .html file and change the name and details for each person.
How do I add a signature in Gmail?
In Gmail, open Settings (the gear), See all settings, General, Signature, Create new. Paste the copied signature into the box, choose it as the default for new emails and replies, and click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
How do I add a signature in Outlook?
In Outlook on the web or the new Outlook: Settings, Accounts, Signatures, New signature; paste and save, then choose it as the default. In classic Outlook for Windows: File, Options, Mail, Signatures, New, then paste.
Why does my photo not show?
Mail programs only show pictures that live at a web address. Use the link to your photo on your website, LinkedIn or a file host. A picture chosen from your computer works in the preview but Gmail and Outlook remove it.
Will it look the same in every inbox?
It is built the way mail programs need: plain tables, colours and fonts written on each part, no special styles. The fonts offered are ones every computer and phone has.
