Trace settings
Full-colour trace for print and web.
Fine-tune
Raise it to clear dust, grain and stray dots; 0 keeps every mark.
Untick for pixel art: the outline then follows every pixel edge.
With Remove background: how close a colour must be to the background to go with it.
Machine output
Height follows the source aspect ratio.
Laser and Router follow the traced outlines. Engrave photo burns the picture itself, line by line, for photos and portraits.
Heat transfer vinyl is pressed face down, so it has to be cut mirrored. The second box is the overcut in millimetres: a drag knife starts each shape pointing the wrong way, and running past the start covers that stretch properly so the piece weeds out clean.
Beam or bit width. Left at zero the tool runs down the centre of the line, so a part finishes one tool width undersize. Set it and the path is offset by half, with holes offset the opposite way.
Holes before the part that holds them, so nothing comes loose while there is still cutting to do. Also shortens the travel between cuts.

Icon to SVG converter: free and online
Convert icon to SVG in your browser: drop in a Icon file and download the SVG. The file is converted on your own device and never uploaded, so this icon to svg converter is safe for private and confidential files.
SVG is the vector format of the web and of cutting machines: shapes and curves that stay sharp at any size.
The picture is traced into real vector paths - curves and corners, not a bitmap wrapped in a vector file - so it scales to any size and cuts cleanly on a Cricut, a Silhouette or a laser.

Why it matters
Preset for the job
The colour count, detail and smoothing arrive tuned for this kind of artwork rather than left at a generic default.

The same geometry produces the vector, the machine file and the print file. No re-uploading between tools.
See it before you download it
Each format renders in the preview panel, including the machine formats parsed back from the file itself.
Free, local, no signup
The conversion runs in your browser, so there is no upload and no queue.
Questions
How do I convert Icon to SVG?
Drop your Icon file on this page, check the preview, and press Download. The SVG is made in a few seconds, with no sign-up.
Is my Icon file uploaded anywhere?
No. The icon to svg conversion runs in your browser, on your own device. The file never leaves it.
Do I need an account?
No. In-browser conversion is free and unlimited with no signup. Free picture downloads carry a watermark; the paid plan removes it and unlocks the machine formats, which are never watermarked.
What if the result is not good enough?
Some artwork genuinely needs a person rather than an engine. Adjust detail and colour count first; if it still will not come out, the source is usually the limit.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes. It is your artwork, and we make no claim on what you convert.
