How it works

  1. Pick the stand size

    Roll-up (pull-up) banners at 80, 85, 100 or 120 x 200 cm, a retractable 33 x 80 in, or an X-banner at 60 x 160 or 80 x 180 cm.

  2. Choose a template

A business with services, an event with speakers, a church welcome with service times, a clinic, school admissions, a sale, homes for sale or a restaurant menu. Change every part.

  3. Download for the printer

The print-shop PDF with bleed and crop marks, at the stand's real size, or EPS and SVG. A JPG shows it to your team first.

The pop up banner size most stands take is 85 x 200 cm; 80, 100 and 120 cm wide stands, a 33 x 80 in retractable and X-banners are here too.

Before you print

Ask the printer for their stand's size and how much the base hides (often 10 to 15 cm), choose the same size here, and send the print-shop PDF.

Questions

What is the difference between a pop up banner and a pop up display?

A pop up banner is a single roll-up stand; a pop up display is a larger curved frame with a backdrop. Make backdrops on the backdrop page.

What size is a pop up banner?

The most common roll-up (pop up or pull-up) banner is 85 x 200 cm (about 33 x 79 in). 80, 100 and 120 cm wide stands are also common, all about 200 cm tall. X-banners are usually 60 x 160 or 80 x 180 cm.

Is a pop up banner the same as a roll-up or pull-up banner?

Yes, in most places: a printed banner that rolls into a base and pulls up onto a pole. A pop up display is the larger curved backdrop stand; make that on the backdrop page.

What should a roll-up banner say?

Who you are (logo and name), one sentence on what you do, a picture, three or four points, and how to reach you. People read it from a few metres as they walk past.

Do I need to leave space at the bottom?

The bottom 10 to 15 cm sits near the floor (and, on some stands, inside the base), so keep words and logos above it. The templates do. Ask your printer how much their stand hides.
