QR Code Generator
Make a QR code for a link, text, Wi-Fi network, email or phone number. Static codes that hold your content directly, so they never expire. SVG for print, PNG for screens.
How it works
Choose what the code opens
A link, text, a Wi-Fi network, an email, a phone number or a text message. Each is written in the form phones expect.
Type it in
The code redraws as you type, and the page says how large it has become.
Download SVG or PNG
SVG for print and cutting, at any size. PNG for screens and documents, at the size you choose.
Free QR code generator
This qr code generator makes codes that never expire, with no tracking redirect: the link is written straight into the code. Download the qr code svg for print and signs, or a PNG.

Why it matters
A real QR encoder
Reed-Solomon error correction, all eight masks scored by the standard's own penalty rules, and the format bits with their own check codes. Every code the test suite makes is read back by an independent decoder.
No tracking, no expiry
The code holds your link itself, not a redirect through somebody's server. It works for as long as the link does.
Print-ready vector
The SVG is one path, not thousands of squares, so it opens light in Illustrator and a cutter reads it as one object.
Questions
Will my QR code stop working?
No. It contains your text directly. Nothing here sits between the code and where it goes, so there is nothing to switch off.
Which error correction should I pick?
Medium suits most uses. Choose High if the code will be printed small, on a rough surface, or with a logo over the middle: it can lose about 30% of itself and still read.
Can I use my own colours?
Yes, as long as the code is darker than its background. Many phone cameras cannot read a light code on a dark ground, so the page warns you if the contrast is too low or inverted.
Why is there a white border?
The standard requires four modules of clear space around the code. Readers use it to find the edges; cropping it off is the most common reason a printed code will not scan.
