DTF Gang Sheet Builder
Pack your designs onto a 22 inch DTF roll in the shortest length, with print sizes, quantities and a resolution check. Transparent 300 dpi PNG or PDF.
How it works
Add your designs
Transparent PNGs, as you would send them to the printer. Each one comes in at its own 300 dpi size, which you can change.
Set sizes and quantities
Print width in inches and how many of each. The page shows each design's real print resolution and warns when it is too low to print sharp.
Download the sheet
The designs packed onto the roll width in the shortest length, as a 300 dpi PNG with transparency, or a PDF for sheets longer than a browser can draw as one picture.

Why it matters
Shortest roll, lowest price
Designs are packed biggest first, each as high up the sheet as it fits and turned a quarter when that saves length, so you pay for less film.
Print resolution checked
Every design shows the dpi it will actually print at. A small image stretched to a large print is caught here, not on the shirt.
Transparency kept
The PNG and the PDF both keep the designs' transparency, so the printer lays white ink only where there is a design.
Questions
How do I convert Images to Gang sheet?
Drop your Images file on this page, check the preview, and press Download. The Gang sheet is made in a few seconds, with no sign-up.
Is my Images file uploaded anywhere?
No. The images to gang sheet conversion runs in your browser, on your own device. The file never leaves it.
What size is a DTF gang sheet?
Most shops print on a 22 inch wide roll and charge by length, in inches or feet. Some use 24, 13 or 11 inch rolls; pick your printer's width.
What resolution should my designs be?
300 dpi at the size they will be printed. A design 3000 px wide prints sharp up to 10 inches; at 12 inches it is 250 dpi, still fine; below about 150 dpi it looks soft.
Why is my long sheet a PDF?
A browser can only draw a picture so large: about 109 inches of a 22 inch roll at 300 dpi, and less on phones. Longer sheets are made as a PDF holding every design at full resolution; most DTF shops and RIPs take PDF.
How much space should be between designs?
A quarter inch is usual; it leaves room to cut the transfers apart. Some shops ask for more; set the gap to match.
